Another healthy meal idea

This is a great and simple idea from a dear friend, you can make most of it ahead and eat all week.

"This is a normal meal. Sweet potato, zucchini, broccoli and organic ground round meatloaf or hamburgers. I have been making batches of hamburgers and that is what boys eat for lunch."
