Mom Heart Resources #2: Revolutionary Era, Music

At our last Mom Heart meeting, we discussed Own Your Life: Living with Deep Intention, Bold Faith, and Generous LoveChapers 9-11.  Chapter 10 encouraged us to find some ways to add inspiration to our own souls.

Here are some things we discussed:

Pandora Music Channel: David Nevue

Piano Guys Videos and Music to inspire ourselves and our children

1812 Overture

Brahms Requiem

Read Aloud Revival Podcast : inspiration to read abounds here!!!!

Read the classics that you missed in your own education.  I am currently listening to David Copperfield.  (If you buy classics for free or $0.99 for Kindle, you can then add the whispersync voice very inexpensively and listen via Audible app on your phone or other device.  I do not own a kindle.)  This is an excellent quality audiobook.  (Better than many librivox audiobooks, though those are free and I use that as well.)

And some Revolutionary Era Books that we've enjoyed recently:

Love these illustrations!

Lastly, we chatted about the spring allergies that seem to be hitting everyone now.  For some people, the essential oil allergy trio works very well:  Peppermint, Lemon and Lavender.  Try DoTerra or Young Living for high quality oils.

Have a lovely Easter weekend!

We cannot pour out inspiration unless we have first been filled.  What do you do to bring inspiration to your own soul?
